The innovative MSHI online program is designed to advance careers in health informatics
ATLANTA, GEORGIA – January 27, 2021 – Morehouse School of Medicine (MSM) is excited to announce a new degree program offering, the Online Master of Science in Health Informatics (MSHI). Pending SACSCOC Approval
This online program provides a foundation in business components that advance health information technologies (health IT) and provide comprehensive knowledge in the methodologies that support healthcare and clinical research enterprises. The Master of Science in Health Informatics (MSHI) is designed to train and inspire students to pursue health informatics and health IT.
Additionally, MSM has created a Summer Bridge prep program for individuals who might be interested in learning about health informatics prior to applying to the MSHI degree program.
Students selected to attend the Summer Bridge to Health Informatics Pipeline Program will receive:
Guaranteed Admissions to the 14-month Online Master of Science in Health Informatics https://www.msm.edu/online/, along with a $1,000 scholarship
$500 stipend after completion of the summer program

Applications for the Master of Science in Health Informatics (MSHI) Program are due Friday, July 16, 2021. Classes begin on Monday, August 23, 2021.
